Overview:

• The Touchstone IQ team is working with the Colorado Energy Office to launch and manage the statewide benchmarking ordinance

• Developed the statewide covered building list (8,500 buildings) compiled from local city and county assessor department data

• Developed and manage a statewide utility company collaborative educating 100+ utilities on benchmarking and energy data compilation best practices

Results:

• Launching program management and tracking system for reporting by June 1, 2022

• Compiled detailed database of 8,500 reporting buildings
