Your subscription is good for one full year from your date of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew on the following year unless you cancel your subscription via your Touchstone IQ user profile. You can contact us at sales@touchstoneiq.com for questions or support.

Yes, you can easily upgrade your plan at any time throughout the year. Your Touchstone IQ user profile will direct you to the payment page to complete the process.
Any upgrades to your plan will apply to all buildings attached to your user account.

Yes, you can easily add additional buildings to your account at any time throughout the year. Your Touchstone IQ user profile will direct you to the payment page to complete the process.
All buildings added to your account will automatically be enrolled at the same membership level (i.e., if you are a Premier member, all buildings you add will be enrolled at the Premier level).

At Touchstone IQ, we know that energy management is often not the responsibility of a single person. That's why, with every subscription, we give you the ability to set up unlimited users with custom permission types.

We classify a building as a single structure or set of structures that share energy utility accounts. Owners of multiple buildings that share one energy meter for one or more of their energy sources may combine buildings together as a single building. We allow those buildings to be tracked and benchmarked as a single building if the owner prefers.
Please note that multiple buildings combined as one building will only be able to obtain a single ENERGY STAR® score and report to local ordinances as a single building. There may be compelling reasons to benchmark these shared-meter buildings separately, including more accurate and detailed information about your campus of buildings, and we encourage owners to explore their options. With our Full-Service plan, you will save save time and money by having our team of energy experts help take on the process of benchmarking your buildings, support you throughout the virtual energy and water assessment, and provide personalized support to make sure you get the most from Touchstone IQ. For Core and Premier plans, support is limited to software questions or issues. You can read more about our Full-Service plan on our Full-Service page.
The Full-Service plan also includes the Touchstone IQ Proactive Compliance Promise. With ordinance compliance and energy management becoming increasingly complex, our Proactive Compliance Promise guarantees your building gets into benchmarking compliance and that you're notified about new regulations that could impact your portfolio.

Protecting the data you trust to Touchstone IQ is our first priority. Touchstone IQ uses physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity of your data. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss.

It's easy to cancel your subscription. Log in to your Touchstone IQ account, click your user profile in the right of the top bar, and then select Cancel Plan.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your prior year data but will not have the ability to edit information or run new reports.
