• The Touchstone IQ team manages the reporting and database tracking process, runs the city’s help center, provides trainings and ongoing QA/QC

Results:

• Boulder successfully achieved 100% compliance for the annual rating and reporting requirement the past three years

• Automated the data quality verification process resulted in a 50% reduction in data quality issues.
