Overview:
Touchstone IQ staff assisted Darden Restaurants, Inc., which includes the restaurants Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse and the Capital Grill, in developing a corporate sustainability management plan
Performed energy audits at over 50 sites utilizing identified projects as pilots prior to rolling out nationwide energy program
Developed a sustainability plan that addressed energy, waste, people, and supply chain
Provided sustainability management software selection and implementation services
Results:
Identified over $24 Million in annual energy savings projects
Secured incentive funding to cover over 30% of total program costs
Oversaw implementation of identified projects portfolio wide (2,000+ sites)
